Q1: I want to have a look at a sample first before bulk order. Do you send samples and how?
A: Yes, we do send samples. Depending on the item and quantity, we may charge for them and the freight should be covered by the buyer. Samples are usually sent by air express like DHL, TNT and Fedex. Return customers can usually get samples for free.
Q2: What is the payment terms in a sample order and a bulk order?
A: In sample orders, there is generally small amount of money, even including the air freight. We require full payment in advance of sending out the sample. In a normal bulk order, we can discuss the payment terms according to the actual value. Usually 30% in advance and the balance before shipment is acceptable for new customers. Payment can be made by WesternUnion (if the amount is small) and bank transfer.
Q3: How do you deliver my ordered goods to me?
A: Customers can choose either air express or ocean container for delivery. Air express is much more expensive but quick (arrives you in 3-5 days wherever you are). Generally, small amount can be sent by air express while bulk orders are usually shiped in ocean container.
Q4: How long does it take to complete production of my order after I confirm it?
A:
Again depends on what you order and the quantity, it may take 1 day to 20 days. Please contact us to confirm this.
